Our resources are sold through BuiltByBit, which handles payment and delivery. Refunds follow BuiltByBit's terms, and digital downloads are generally not refundable once downloaded.

Talk to us first at hello@studiocubed.com. Most problems are a version mismatch or a config setting, and we'll help you fix it. If a resource genuinely doesn't do what its listing says, tell us and we'll put it right.
